A view of the Fondren neighborhood cityscape from the 3rd floor of the Fondren Corner building. The Fondren neighborhood in Jackson has retained many of its historic buildings and this view shows the "Fondren Strip" of buildings from the 1930s-1940s.
This piece won 4th Place in The Cedars Juried Art Show in 2012, which was juried by the internationally known Mississippi born artist, William Dunlap. I am honored to be included in the finalists for this inaugural annual show and to be recognized by William Dunlap.
