This is one of many interesting scenes that happens after a late afternoon thunderstorm in the Mississippi summer. The sun was setting in the west, and this cloud formed against the signage that litters I-55. I happened to be lucky enough to witness it.
The quality of light can elevate any subject matter and this interplay and juxtaposition is always fascinating to me.
